Hi my sweet frens...
Long nvr post le....last post was about my personaility....then today woke up as usual and gt prepared for school....also as usual...my big bro set alarm...when he heard the alarm...he jus woke up to switch it off then go bac to sleep....no use rite....then went to sch...blah blah....then aft recess..we went to the hall to interact with the Thai and Hong Kong students.....over le then went bac to lesson...my thai buddy came to my class...her name is Muii..well tats her nickname....aft tat need to go see my maths teacher to pass up the ws ii haven pass up...when ii reach there...ii saw a lot of pple and me and Shi Ying had to take a number....weird rite...like a clinic...then we waited until 3 pm and decided not to wait le...passed the ws to our frens and asked them to help...Thx Gladys....
Then took 132 and reached Mac at 3 plus...then brought the boats over...aft warm-up then Coach Markus told us our program...mine and Shi Ying together with Nas and Hidah was umm....1 set of 1000m, 1 set of 500m and 250m on 250m off for 4km.....we did okays...ii think...aft tat brought the boats back and de-brief...Coach Markus said tat my splash was getting better...happy about tat but hav to work harder to control my splash...then aft tat took bags and went home...ii took 132 to interchange and took 272 from there....

Hi my sweet frens.... Tis will be a long post..about my intensive training camp...
The 1st day---
Well, as usual, ii woke up early and went to training as usual...my father drove me there cus got a lot of things...then take bus very troublesome....thanks! Then reached there and put my things in Mr Teo's car and went to carry boats and so on....then warm-up, training and everything...after tat there was a bus to ferry us back to school...once there took our bags and went to our dorms...some of us very suay...had to wait for Mr Teo...so damm long....not to blame him lah...he went to buy the Halal food....then got settled in and everything, aft tat got goal setting, a bit of PT and went bac to water training...whoo tiring then aft everything went bac to school but bfore dinner and washing up, had to do punishment, 1st cus 10 people late had to do 100 but somehow we ended up doing 100 pushups and 100 crunches....then next cus 1 junior said vulgar words in front of Ms Lim, we ended up running 8 rounds around the arena...haiz Sec 1s...pls watch wat uu say kays? Well then ate dinner and went to sleep.... tired sia...

Hi......Not really in a great mood now.......Sorry ii took so long to blog about the 2nd day of NJCC...well...everyone had to reach Macritiche by umm... ii forget le..ii think is 8am...around there lah...then put in bags and took out boats....then went there to wait for the 1st event which is the k4 girls event....so waited untill finally their event started....we went to cheer for them....it was so close...they were only 0.2 secs behind CGS...its okays girls...u did your best...then 11 forget who's event...then aft tat my event was coming up soon....ii went to warm-up and everything then soon...went down le....Shi ying and ii paddled up to the 500m and around there...was feeling damm nervous....then soon time for us to start....but before tat Coach was like" U see ur size and the other girls' size...Nid to eat more" I know that but its nt like ii eat very little wat....Nt my fault....Well, then we started.....ii couldn't put in my paddle properly and we came in 4th but we got into the semi-finals....then naturally ii cried....ii feel that ii let Shi ying down cus she still got her k1 semifinal later and ii was afraid she would be tired so ii wanted to get into staight finals......sorry again....then we came up and some of the seniors comforted me...ii luv uu my sweet seniors.....Thx so much.....Then aft a while..it was time for my K2 semi-finals...ii was very determined to get into the finals and there were only 4 boats and 2 of them were GESS de.....well then we started off...for this time..ii was able to paddle better and we were on par with all the other boats...all fo a sudden..a wave came and one of the schools capsized...ii wwas feelin damm unstable and stopped for a while ..then we carried on and in the end...we got 3rd place....then aft tat ii cried again and tis time for a very long time...throughout the 2 hours plus rain..........haiz...but ii congradulate the pple who got into the finals......Although ii lost.....tis NJCC gave me a clear goal for the Nationals...ii am going to work towards it and ii am going to give everything ii have during my race in the Nationals even if it tires me out!!
